Cameron: Under Beshear, we are becoming the failed promises capital of the world

Louisville, Ky. (October 26, 2023) — Daniel Cameron released the following statement in response to Ford Motor Company announcing it is idling one of its new battery plants due to uncertainty in the economy:

“Another Andy Beshear promise is unraveling before our eyes,” Daniel Cameron said. “We aren’t becoming the battery capital of the world. We are becoming the failed promises capital of the world. Andy can’t deliver the jobs he’s promised. The economy is in shambles. So what are we left with? Just another Biden Democrat. On November 7, Kentuckians can choose a Governor who will build an economy that works for everyone in Kentucky.”
