Cameron statement on the Beshear Campaign’s latest advertising 

Louisville, Ky. (August 2, 2023) – Daniel Cameron released the following statement in response to the Beshear Campaign’s latest advertising:

“Andy Beshear is the learning-loss Governor. He has now resorted to a smear campaign about my record,” Daniel Cameron said. “It’s false and he knows it. Here’s the truth: My wife, Makenze, was a public school teacher in Oldham County for nearly 7 years. As I said in a speech to educators last week, a Cameron Administration will support our educators in word and deed. Unlike the empty promises from Andy Beshear, a Cameron Administration will deliver for teachers, parents and students.”
